Where are you licensed?

Matt is a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor licensed in Nevada (License #CP3262). Online sessions are available to clients located in Nevada at the time of the session.
What if I need to cancel?

Please give at least 24 hours' notice via phone call, email or text. Late cancellations may be charged $100.
Is online therapy private?

Yes. We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform (SimplePractice) and secure forms. We recommend choosing a private space for sessions. Phone, text, and patient-portal communication are secure and HIPAA-compliant.
How long will I be in therapy?

It depends on your goals. Some people come for a few months, others longer. We will check in regularly about progress.
What if I am in crisis? Call or text 988 or call 911. Our practice is not an emergency service.
